(Charity Number: 1096809, England). Its aim is to promote
Chinese language and culture to Chinese and Non-Chinese
background children age from 4.5-18.

adults who have a desire do Business with Chinese companies

language and culture; and
2) To promote racial harmony and understanding between
people of Chinese origin and other communities in the UK.

competitions organised by UKAPCE and
UKFCS and have won a lot awards
5) 550 students attended classroom and Zoom
online Chinese lessons and have achieved to the
required level.
6) We have been constantly improving our teaching
and have organised in house training for all the
teachers and also encouraging our teachers to
take part in the training organised by UKAPCE
and China Overseas Chinese Education
Funding Organisation.
7) Provided opprotunities for parents within Chinese
communities to meet other background local people

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/08/2022.

Responsibilities and basis of report

As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
