**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF OLDER PEOPLE LIVING IN RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES AND MARGINALISED OLDER PEOPLE FROM THEIR OWN HOMES IN NORTHUMBERLAND MAINLY IN SOUTH EAST OF THE COUNTY, PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF ACTIVITIES AIMED TOWARDS SOCIAL INCLUSION, MENTAL STIMULATION AND WELL-BEING.

**Activities:** Facilitating social inclusion activities with older people living in residential and nursing care homes, and community based wellbeing activities which also includes marginalised and isolated older people and their carers from their own homes.
