**Objects:** SUBJECT TO TO THE PAYMENT OF THE EXPENSES AFORESAID AND SAVE AS PROVIDED IN CLAUSE 26, THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME AND/OR CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY FOR HELPING AND EDUCATING BOYS BRIGADE MEMBERS THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY GROW TO FULL  MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE BE IMPROVED AND IN SO FAR AS THEY ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE FOREGOING FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE BOYS BRIGADE IN THE COUNTY OF NORTHAMPTONSHIRE AND FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE MEMBERS OF THE SAID BRIGADES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT

**Activities:** Helping and educating Boys' Brigade members through their leisure time activities so to develop their physical mental and spiritual capabilities that they grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and that their conditions of life be improved . This is achieved  by the making of grants for the benefit of the members of The Boys' Brigade in Northamptonshire.
