LRFC is an unincorporated association
Trustees are elected by Club Members
LRFC is affiliated with The FA together with Middlesex County FA and Harrow Youth Football League.
Teams are entered for Cup competttions wth Middiesex Counry and Surrey FA.
All volunteers are DBS checked and have cornpleted Safeguarding training.
LRFC is run on a voluntary basis only. there are no paid staff members.
Objectives of the Charity
The ChartVs objertives are the promotion of community participation is healthy recreation, in
particular by the provision of opportunities and facilities for the playing principally, but not
exclusively. of association football and other activities that promote Social cohesion and community
wellbeing.

trFed to fuffil our charity objectives to promole Ihe fitness. athance the education and
faciliiale the social developmerrt of amund 170 boy5 behveen 5 and 16. 80 seniors. 30
girts￿adIeS and 20 veterans through heatthy participation in the game of association
football.
The senior teams Cont￿Ue to demonstrale that the club can offer youth players th8
opportunrty to keep playing once they go beyond 16 years ol age.
15 teams started this Seas￿ plus our nU￿ery. AngE has started the wildcats again which
we hop8 will swell our sides, Stephen and Angle have l)een )unning the Saturday
academy vthth is going well and prcrthKed some rtew players lor Ihe alrea(ty established
sides.
We a￿ pr(MFd to retth that our Sunday Seni(Y 21￿S have won the Middlesex County
JunK)r Cup GOTvJratulations to Mikey and his team, aEso congratulations to Kurt and Troy
who's under 12's won IheiT teague. Also well done to 811 the other teams Sofne groat
resutts through a very tragmerrted season.

The AGP is still a stgnrficant advantage and other clubs that Mstt are hTghty impressed with
the qualFty of the lacilities that we are lucky enough to have. slill as lasl year l arn not sure
Ihal our own members still yet fulty appreciate them and the efforts that must be taken to
keep them clean, presentab￿. and useab￿. A greater number ol people willing to help
when help is asked for would be of enomious benefft to the club moving forward.
With the previous ffnancial year ended there is still a miTh)rity ol membets who have ftot
pai(1 their 2020/2￿27 su￿riptI(￿lS which is inequttable k)r those who did pay, and which
puts Pressu￿ on Ihe dubs. finances. Those membets wiu nee(1 to seltle any outstanding
balan￿ befo￿ signing on tor the 202112022 season.
We still run veterans, sessions a Monday night. and these are not exclusive to
members, these sessions are slill well sutwrted.
For 2tY2112022 sea9)n we have rna￿ a Min￿ w￿reaSe in Ihe membershp lee and they
are r￿W £220.

TREASURER'S REPORT
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic the Club has faced Un￿rtaIn times financialty. Fortunately,
we were eligible to receive some Govemment grants to help wlth the upkeep of the Club
and were ￿s0 able to appty for grants to help cover sotne of the u>sts to make the Club
Covid safe when we were allowed to operate on a limtted bas"Js.
This did idenlify Ihe need for Membe￿Ip lo be paid in a more regular, timely way and
changes will be implemented lor the 2(Y21J22 season to he￿ wth this. The preferred
methods of payment will be direcltytothe Club bank aixount Iwhth was su¢¢essfully Irialled
during the 2020121 season} aLso by card payment at the Club and, ￿ere neither of these
two methods are possible, by cash.
As in previous years we actwety sougm grants from other sources, for example the Football
Foundation. This helps wrth the upkeep ol the prf(ches, puithasing new equipment. for
exampte the new goals, atso money lo help wilh making the Club Covid safe.
A good way for the Club to rai%e additi￿al funds is through Gift Aid. Gift Atd is a scheme
available to chaTtties and Communty Amateur Sports Clubs ICASCSI. M means we can
claim extra money from HMRC. The charrly or CASC can claim an extra 25p for every £1
you pay to the Club. There i% a Secti￿ on the Mem￿r$￿1p fom to sign up to this. as Song
as yOu￿e paid Ihe bas￿ rate of lax the Club w recla&n thts money.
The Club also is now registered with Smile Amazon to help raise funds. Det￿lS of how to
shop wtth Amazon and at the same titne raise ftjnds for the Club. are on the noticeboard in
the main hall.

SECRETARY REPORT
The aim ol this report is to bling everycffte up lo date wilh e￿tsthat have haptEned in
the dub Sin￿ the I￿ AGM.
Off the field, the club has made great pr1yjr￿ overthe last 12 months despite the
challenging limes.
We have retained oui FA Charter Standard Communty Club award and continue lo
develop ts clubs 5-year p￿n, (playerjoumey. coaching philosophy. club V￿Ues. facilitt"es,
community engagement elcl.
We have a dedicated Committee and team supporting the Club and can alrea(ty see the
beneffts ol having recTUited our new Head Coach Stephen SullNall who has grown our
Academy offering lo new ￿ayerS this year wtth ArKlre&
We aTe always kjoknng to recruit coathes. assistant u)aches, volunteers- your club needs
you and we will always endeavourlo do our best tt) support you.

We were delighted and so proud of Andrea wwming Volunteer of the Year trom Ealing
Council this year. very richty desetved.
This season, we have appro￿rnatety 250 tnemLErs and we are continuing to grow. In
le￿nS ol subscripbon& the annual cost of membership has Lken set al £220 for Season
2021-2022.
We are chasing outstandmg am0￿ from last season and wll be taktng a hard line this
yearlo ensure that everyone pays their full membership. If there are any issues these
need lo be discu&sed with Andrea dir• and we will make aKyropiiate arrangements.

Achievements and performance
A Wildcats Centre was set up at the Club for Fll-year-old girls to participate in football, make
friends and have fun and continues at the Club.
A Young Players Academy has been formed to encoura8e younger children into football.
A grant was applied for and approved for a 6-year grass pitch maintenance programme. The total
amount of the grant over the temi is £36.036 from the Football Foundation and an additional sum of
£18,018 is to be paid by the Club. Programme continues to target dates and milestones.
Finanaal Review
Reser￿ policy:
The Club holds a separate Bank account (AGP sinking fund) for the refurbishment of the artificial
football pitch, The AGP sinking fund is a contractual commttment where by LRFC must deposit £6k
per annum over 10 years to refresh the artificial pitch
SoUr￿s of Fundin8:
The Club is funded by Membership paymen
When available. grants are sourced to help with the upkeep of all playing surfaces.
Funds are a150 raised by holdin8 tournaments at LRFC.
Due to Covid-19 the Club vrds awarded Government grants to help it throughout shutdown periods.
Also. grants were applied for and granted by the Football Foundation for the purchase of additional
materials to make the Club Covid Safe. also a grant was re￿iVed to help with the costs to restart
football training.
Due to the Covid-19 additional costs were incurred to ensure the Club was made as safe as possible
for all. The Club followed all Government and FA guidelines relating to this. A grant was awarded by
the Football Foundation to help with these costs.

Statement of Trustees, Responsibilities
The trustees are ￿spOnSible for preparing the trustees, report and the financial statements in
accordance with the United Kingdom Accounting Standards Iunited Kingdom Generally Accepted
Accounting Practice) and applicable law and regulations. The law applicable to charities requires the
trustees to prepare financÈal ststements for each financial year whÉch give a true and fair view of the
state of affairs of the charity and of the incoming resources and application of resources of the
charity for that period.
In preparing these financial statements. the tn￿e5 are required to:
select suitable accountin8 policies and then apply them consistentty-
observe the methods and principles in the CharTties SORP
make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent
state whether applicable accounting Standards have been followed. subjert to any material
departures disclosed and explained in the financial statements
and prepare the financial 5tatement5 on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to
presume that the charity will continue in business.
The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records that disclose with reasonable
accuracy at any time the financial posttion of the charity and enable them to ensure that the
financial statements compty wsth the Charities Act 2011. the applscable Charities (Accounts and
Reports) Regulations. and the provision5 of the constitution. The trustees are also responsible for
safeguarding the assets of the chartty and hence for taking reasonable rteps for the prevention and
detection of fraud and other irregularities.
