## **Annual Report for 2021** 

The Charity trustees received drawdowns from its investments and other income amounting to some £46,000.  This included a small dividend from its investment  in the Dingwall wind farm.  Donations to charitable activities amounted to £38,600.  A donation of £10,000 was made to the Cheshire Community Foundation, £7,400  to Withington School, £5000 to the Newton Dee Camphill Community, £5000 to the STEM 4 charity and £3000 to the Highland Hospice and smaller sums to a number of other causes. 

The trust investments are now managed by Berenberg.  As of  Jan 4, 2022 the value of the portfolis was £511,818.   Cash at the bank was  £8,107 and the charity has an investment in the Dingwall Wind Farm (original cost £15,000).

## **Independent Examiner’s Report** 

This is not an independent examiner’s report but since we have not been required to arrange this in any previous year and since the accounts are extremely simple only requiring one page I hope that perhaps this report will not be necessary. 

However, if we do have to arrange an independent examination we will  of course do so.
