These include regular events such as<br>bake sales, summer fayre, raffles and refreshments.<br>Plus movie nights and discos for the Junior School<br>pupils enjoyment.<br>All activities are planned by the committee and<br>draw on volunteers from the parent community as<br>well as staff where appropriate. The committee is<br>very grateful for the time, expertise and donations<br>given by all involved with whom Sarisbury Junior<br>school PFA would not be able to achieve so much.|

|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|The work of the PFA enabled the advancement and<br>enrichment of pupils education by giving money to<br>the school for the purchase of equipment,<br>resources, facilities and other wish list items it<br>would otherwise not be able to afford. This not only<br>enhances pupils educational experience but also<br>improves their learning by subsidising events such<br>as the year six trip to Paultons park.<br>This year our biggest fundraisers were undoubtably<br>the Christmas laser light show, summer fayre &<br>music festival raising a combined total of £22,800<br>and making an amazing profit of 51%. The PFA also<br>held our usual & much loved gift rooms, bake sales,<br>sports day, year 6 production & quiz night, raising a<br>combined amount of £11,500. All in all, another<br>wonderfully successful year of fundraising with a<br>total income of £34,300 with a 54% profit.|

It has been incredibly popular & is a<br>wonderful place for the children to enjoy. We are<br>proud to have funded this for the school, at a cost<br>of £14,500. We have also raised money to fund Year<br>6 Coaches to Paultons Park costing £2,200,<br>swimming lesson contributions of £4,500 & a<br>conservation pond area at the back of the playing<br>fields for £1160 & beanbags for the reading dragon<br>to make it comfortable atjust over £100.|

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/08/2025. **Responsibilities and** As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the **basis of report** accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
