Objects: The Annual Income Of The Trust Fund Each Year To Be Used To Provide Special Annual Awards At Various Stages For Junior Surgeons Medical Students Nursing Sisters And Other Nurses And Other Members Of The Staff Of The London Hospital Who Have Specially Distinguished Themselves In Connection With Surgery Such Awards To Be Made At The Discretion Of The Surgeon Unit Of The London Hospital Or In Such Other Manner As May Be Agreed Between My Trustee And The Governing Body Of The Hospital From Time To Time.to Pay Or Apply The Annual Income From My Trust Fund For Such Charitable Purposes Connected With The Promotion Of The Knowledge And Skill Of Surgery As My Trustee Shall In Its Absolute Discretion Think Fit
