provides free and subsidised basic introductory computer training in public access venues to meet the needs of people of all ages and abilities, including the disadvantaged (whether through disability, homelessness, social exclusion, or unemployment). This basic training is available to anyone over the age of 16 living in St Albans and District and very suitable for older people.
Objects: To Advance The Education And Vocational Training Of Persons Aged 16 And Over, Particularly Those In Need Who Are Disadvantaged By Reason Of Mental Or Physical Disability, Ethnicity, Unemployment, Social Exclusion, Homelessness, Lone Parenting Or Being Over The Retirement Age Residing In The St. Albans District By The Provision Of ICT Training And Support With A View To Improving Training Opportunities.
