a) Publishing: Distribution of books

By the end of the year, 28617 (previous: 17,049, 19,571, 27,636 32,677, 27,396 , 44,936, 55,630) items had been sold. Total sales for retail and publishing came to £33332.89 (previous £28,259.74).

b) Publications

Two new titles were published.

d) RHP Ministries

Work continued with Vision Uganda. £54,360.47 was given to our partner organization Zerubbabel Ministries Uganda, rescuing street children and supporting children and young adults through education.

e) Tabernacle Books

Tabernacle Books continued to trade.

f) The Source

The catalogue continued to generate sales and increase the mailing list.

g) Staff

No paid staff were employed during this period.

Part 4 – The future

Rickfords Hill Publishing continues to meet an important need in providing excellent Christian literature at affordable prices and providing assistance to needy young people in Africa. This should continue.

a) Reprinting

Work should continue on new publications, some of which are in the pipeline.

b) Tabernacle Books

With fairly low footfall, the shop should now be open by appointment only, with the ‘charity shop’ side closing.

c) Uganda

The work in Uganda should expand as opportunities arise and support for Zerubbabel Ministries should continue.

d) The Source

The catalogue should continue to be published.

Since Rickfords Hill Publishing Ltd. is a charitable Company with a gross income of less than £90,000, an independent examination of accounts was arranged.

As the charity's trustees of the Company (who are also the directors of the company for the purposes of company law}, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordan￿ V*llth the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 {"the 2006 Act.). Responsibilities and basis of report Having satisfied myseff that the accounts of the Company are not required to be audited for this year under Part 16 of the 2006 Act and are eligible for independent examination, I report in resped of my examination of your charity s accounts as carried Olrt under sedion 145 of the Charities Act 2011 ('the 2011 Act"). In carying out my examination. I have followed the Directions given by the Charity Commission {under section 145(51{b) of the 2011 Act_ Independent examiner's statement I have completed my examination.
