**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY AFFORDING THEM ACCESS TO THE BEAM PUMP AT COULTERSHAW, A SCHEDULED ANCIENT MONUMENT INSTALLED IN 1782 AND NOW RESTORED AND OPERATING, ITS SURROUNDING ENVIRONMENT AS WOULD HAVE EXISTED DURING ITS WORKING LIFE, AND OTHER ITEMS OF HISTORIC INTEREST.

**Activities:** The maintenance and operation of the Coultershaw Beam Pump (a Scheduled Ancient Monument) and the Coultershaw water turbine, the promotion of further restoration of the Coultershaw Heritage Site accessible to the public as an archive and educational resource.
