The trustees of Prayer House Ministries are pleased to present their annual r8port,
together wlth the financial 8tstsm6nts of the charity, for the year ended 31 March 2025.
The trustees who seprfed during the ye8r and up to date (and vtho are also directors under
company law, under the Companies Act 1985), y￿re as follows:.

Company law requires the trustees to prepare financial statsments for each financial yèar
end which give a true and fair view of Ihe state of affairs of the charity, as at thè balance
sheet date, and of its incoming resources including income and expenditure.
In pr8parfng th088 financial statements, the trustees followed best practice 8nd:_
selected sultsble accountlng policies, applying them consistently.,
made judgments and estimatss that were r8asonable and prudent;
Stated whether applicable accounting standards had been followed, which were
subject to any material departures disclosed and explain8d in the financial
statements- and
prepared th8 financial statsmènts on an ongoing concem basis, unless it felt it was
inappropriats to assumè that the charity will continue on that basis.
The tfU$tees were responslble for keeping accounting records which dlsclosed, with
reasonable accuracy at any time. the financial position of the charity enabling them to
ensure that the financial ststements complied with tha Companies Act 1985.
The trustees were also r88pon$ible for safeguarding the assets of the chaTty and, as a
result, t8king reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other
irregularities.
A rlsk a8se88ment officer was appointed by the charity to revlew health and safety
matters.
A safeguarding offic8r was also appointed by the charity to review safeguardlng matters.

The oblectives of the charity ar8:.
(i) the advancement of the Christian faith worfdwide; and
(11) the rellef of povety.
To achieve the above obJectlve8, th8 charlty exercised the following:_
Engaged in running Sunday servlces from its church worship 8ddress at the Forum
Greenwich, Trafalgar Road, London SE10 9EQ, which is in the London Borough
of Gr88nwich',
(li) Organised crusades;
(ill) Evangellsed on a regular basis-,
(iv) Held prayer meetlngs and Bibl8 studies,.
(v) Organised youth activities in order to help Steer the youth 8way from crime and
dlfficult situations, reaching them with the word of God.
(vi) Opened their doors wide opgn to anyone in need of coun$8lling on any partlcular
matter or issue.
However, in ordér to enable the charity to cary out its oblectives effectively, we are
actively looking for our own church building.
An 818Cted board of at least slx members admlnlstsred the charity.
The board m8t four times a year, as a minimum, and also had dlscussions aft8r
church s8rvices on Sundays.
Pastor Joseph Aghomi ("Pa$tor Joe,? was appointed by the board to manage the
splrltual and day-tTrday operations of th• charity.
There were volunteers assisting Pastor Joe in the adminlstration and other areas
where support was needed in managing the tharity.

The truste8s conducted their own review of the major risks to which the charity could be
exposed and systsmswere establlshed to minimise those risks. Intemal procedures were
also established and regularfy reviewed to ensure compliance at all times to overcome
financial scams.

Due to the global pandemic of COVID throughout 2020 and beyond, as instructed by the
UK govemment, lockdown was observed by PHM and all of its UK branches, resulting in
the branches overseas also b8ing subject to lockdown. As a church. PHM returned to its
church worship address in Greenwich in May 2021. Despite almost three years since the
onset of the pandemic, the impact is still being felt up to 2025.
A COVID relief poverty programme was set up to support not only members of PHM but
anyone in n￿d who experienced financial hardship. Despile tha difficultie$ that the
COVID pandemic presente(18nd continuès to present, noted bel¢)w are the achiev8ments
of PHM during the year ended March 2025.

(a) The workshop on spiritual emp¢)wemient which stsrted 12 November 2017 was a
great 8vent and reorxurr8d during the year up to March 2025 and Is still ongoing.
(b) Having gone on a Prayer Retreat to Ashbumham, Kent in the year 2020 (which
was an exciting 8vent full of revelation and knowledge that enlightened all those
who attended), PHM still put into practice that which was revealed from Jehovah
during the Prayer Retreat.
(c) The Children's Ministy and Sunday School continued to Improve because of
contributions from our Youth Ministsr and volunteeryJ, with Broth8r James Lwdcott
Jr as Sunday School Teacher.
(d) Livè, weekly ministrations on YouTubelFa¢8book and Soundcloud are ongolng
and enabled PHM to reaGh the world, ministering to those neoding spiritual
upliftment. The viewers and listeners were able to raisè questions about any
particular matter, viith Pastor Joe taking time to mlnistsr to them, using the word of
God.
{8) Radio programmes are ongoing and èxposed PHM in the areas of evangelism.
(f) The PHM branch which Started in Abula, Nigeria in January 2017 is still ongoing.
{g) The PHM branch in Gloucestsr, which stsrted In 2019, Is still ongoing.
(h) Pastor Joe and th8 ministers Gontinued to have daily outreach programm
throughout the year.
The overseas, mlni8try partnerships continued with our ministers in Kolkats, Now
Delhi. India., Nairobi, Kenya: Cape Town, South Africa., Lagos and Ibadan, Nigeria,.
Kingston, Jamaica., Manila, Philippines and Ontario, Canada.

ti) The Prison Ministry started by PHM in the year 2017 is slill ongoing.
(k) The Social Media section on the PHM Website (whlch includes YouTube,
Soundcloud, X (formerly Twitter) and Facebook) had over 2.000 PHM
ministrations, which continued to be used as a point of contad for rèaching out to
the world, to hear the Word of God for spiritual uplifting and guidance. New PHM
ministrations are regularty being uploaded to the Social Media sectbon.
(l) The PHM w8bslte also contsined a Guest Pag8 where vi8ltors could leave
comments or raise any topics, wh8r8by they need8d spiritual clarity and guidance.
Using th8 Word of God, Pastor Joe and the minist8rs ministered to those in need
of edffication and this is slÈll ongoing.
(m) Pastor Joe and the ministers regularly visited and prayed for those {1) suffering with
illnesses (whether homebound or not). (li) needing spiritual upliftment., and 1111)
needing encouragement, plus any other neets. whether 8t home or in hospital.
(n) PHM worked towards havlng their songs, which they were endowed to writs. being
made accessible to th8 world for both listenlng and enjoyment for spiritual uplifang.
This is ongoing.
(o) Despite COVID having had a huge impact on PHM'S church activities and finances
during the start of the pandémic and upto4ats in 2025, PHM were still able to
propagate thè unadulterated Gospel of Jesus Christ.

PHM began collecting data via WIX (a secure webslte) In 2020 during the COVID
pand8mic, of those visiting the PHM website. WIX is a website that records and provides
a breakdown of activities from countries across the wodd, where individuals visit and
engage with the material contained within the PHM website. Individuals are also ablé to
Send emails via the websits, whereby Pastor Joe and the ministers réspond accordingly,
wh8ther by retum of email or ty telephone.
The dats collected forthe period 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021 showed that the Countries
who mostly visited the website were India. Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa. Canada, and
Germany, with the high8st engagement from the United ￿'ngdorn followed by the United
ststes of America (see Appendix 1).
For th8 period 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022 during the COVID recovery period, the
countries who frequ8ntly vlsited the websit8 were Canada, China, Gemany, India,
Kenya, Nethertands. Nigeria, South Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States of
America (see Appendix2). This ￿Presented more activity from China and the
Netherfands, demonstrating PHM'S global reach.
For the pérlod 1 Aprll 2022 to 31 March 2023 the countrfes who frequently vlsited the
website were Canada, Germany, India, Kenya, Nigeria and South Aft1￿, with the United
Kingdom and th8 United Statss of America having prominence (see Appendix 31.
For the period 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024, most of PHM'S global reach were to
countries such as thè United Kingdom, the United Ststes of America, Canada, China
India, Kenya, Nlgeria and South Africa {see Appendix 4).

to countries such as the United States of Amedca, the Unlted Kingdom, Gennany, China
and Canada.

Conclusi
To conclude, PHM has undertaken Signthcant activity this last year, demonstrating its
commitment to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
