TO SECURE THE SUCCESSION TO THE OFFICE OF THE CHIEF RABBI;2.  TO SECURE THE SERVICES OF THE CHIEF RABBI FOR THE BENEFIT OF SYNAGOGUES WHICH RECOGNISE THE AUTHORITY OF THE CHIEF RABBI;3.  TO FACILITATE THE PERFORMANCE OF THE DUTIES OF THE CHIEF RABBI;4.  TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THE OFFICE OF THE CHIEF RABBI; AND5.  TO FACILITATE THE ROLE OF THE CHIEF RABBI IN PROMOTING AND EXPOUNDING BELIEFS AND PRACTICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH JEWISH LAW AND TRADITION TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE JEWISH FAITH AND OTHERS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ABROAD.

**Activities:** Securing the services of the Chief Rabbi for the benefit of synagogues which recognise the Chief Rabbi's authority;Providing financial support to the Office of the Chief Rabbi;Facilitating the role of the Chief Rabbi in promoting and expounding beliefs and practices in accordance with Jewish Law and tradition to all members of the Jewish faith and others in the United Kingdom and abroad.
