March 2025 which are set out on page 5 Respective respoll8ibilitle8 of tru8teu and exam]ner The charity'8 truste￿ are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's tn￿teeS considcr that an audit 18 not required for this year under section 144(2) of the Charitie8 Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed.
