provision of sèction 398 of the Companie5 Act 2006 relating to small companies and with th8
Fin8ncial Sland8rds for Sm811 Entities.
The financial statements have also b88n preparod in accordance with the Slal8menls of
Recommended Practice ISORPI, "IAccounling and Reporting by Charities" published in
March 2005 and other applicable 8ccounling sl8nd8rds.
(b) The charity is a Company Limited by Guarantee. The directors of the company af8 also
tr)Jstees and are named on page 1. In the event of the company being wound up, the liability
in resped of the guarantee is limited to £1 per director of the project.
(c) Voluntary income is received by way of donations and gifts and is included in full In the
St8temenl of Financial Activities when receivable. The value of services provided by
volunte8rs has not been included.
(d) Grants, including grants for the purchase of fixed assets, are recognised in full in the
St8tement of Financial Activities in the year in which Ihey are receivable.
(e) Incoming resources from inv8Stments is included when receivable.
