**Objects:** THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN, AND THE APPRECIATION OF, THE LIFE AND WORKS OF SIR LENNOX BERKELEY AND IN PARTICULAR BY PROMOTING, ORGANIZING, SUPPORTING AND ENCOURAGING  (1) PUBLIC PERFORMANCES AND RECORDING OF HIS WORKS (2)  OTHER EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES RELEVANT TO THE STUDY AND APPRECIATION OF HIS MUSIC.

**Activities:** The Society seeks to increase public awareness of Sir Lennox Berkeley and his music, to advance the public's knowledge of his life and works and to encourage and support live performances, and recordings, of his works.
