## Activities

**Objects:** TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF THE PUBLIC AND IN PARTICULAR OF THOSE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO ARE PATIENTS OF THE FRESHFORD MEDICAL PRACTICE BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, SUPPORT SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES.

**Activities:** Using the generous donations from patients, families and friends, the CREAMER Fund provides enhanced equipment, resources and refurbishment for a wide range of health services within The Freshwell Health Centre, many of which are not funded on site by the NHS.
