Activities

'Cursillo' is an international movement of the church which began in Spain around 1949 based on experiences of pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostella.. It is a way by which Christians experience a sense of pilgrimage and growth through, initially, a three day weekend, led and supported by lay people and clergy. Southwark Anglican Cursillo operates throughout the Anglican Diocese of Southwark.

Objects: To Advance Religion In The Diocese Of Southwark, In Accordance With The Doctrines Of The Church Of England And Specifically To Renew Anglicans In Their Christian Commitment And To Develop The Practice Of Christian Principles So As To Help Others Discover And Pursue A Christian Way Of Life, By Various Means Including The Provision Of Short Religious Education Courses.
