ChrestO8 Mission was incorporated under the Companies Act 198.$ <1.5 il private limited company on
l Augu%t 2002. The compdny number is 4.50096.3. It is constituted under its Memorandum and
Articles of Association as a company limited by gu(irantee and not having a shdre capital. The
company mily have up to 12 meinbers dnd the liability of the members in the event of Chrestos
Mi%%ion being wound up is limited to £1 each.
Charitable status
Chrestos Mis%ion was granted the status of a registered charity by the Chariiy Commission for

caring for the sick. training health workers, and providing medtcines. clothing, blanket% and food;

STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
Structure
Chrestos Mission is governed by its Bodrd of Trustees in the United Kingdom. who are also Directors
of the company. The Mission's dCtivitie.% in Thciiland require it to be regi.stered as a charity in
Thdiland, and to have d Board of Trustees in Thailand who are re.8ponsible to the Govcrnment of
Thailand for the local operatioiis of the charity. Respon5ibilitlLS to the Govemment include (I local
audit of the accounls. (In annudl safeguarding investigation and report on the orphanage. and certain
reports provided to the Mac S4riang local government office. The United Kingdom Board works
closely with the Thailand Board and the two are mutually supportive in seeking to achieve the
Mis.%ion's objectives. Responsibility for (he day-to-ddy oper(Itions of Chrestos Mi8%ion in Thailand is
given to Ihe Director of Overse¥lS Operations, Mr Wiltaya Wanasatit. who is resident in Thailand.

Our full-lime teachers <ind invited profe.ssors provided knowledge and understanding to students about
the Biblc. Chreslos .%tudents sludy the entire Bible as well as practical tninistry over a period of four
year5. Student% lire taught biblical history, Inorality and eihics. Those completing Ihe required sludies
(Ire able io griiduate lind receive an eduL(Itional certificate from the Chre.%t05 Found(Ition.

There were a total of 21 fourth-year sludents on internships thi.% year, working for a period of six
months from Sepiember 2024 to Febn]ary 2025. The inlerns were well received by Ihe Lhurches to
which they were senl, acquiring valuable knowledge and experience which they will bc able Lo apply
to God's Service in the future.
Music eclucalioii and choir pruc'lice
Teachers in ihis field included Profe%sor Ekachai Buranilthani, Profe5%0r Veerachai, SilW<lt
Aramruang, Nakorn Axkasa, Saw Hsar Thaw Wah <ind Sion Si. Siudent% perfornied well, singing in
choirs, performing bdnd music and putting on %hows at various evenl%. They have built a solid
reputation !
Compuler education
Because of ihe varying levels of experience in compuler science, student.s were grouped according io
their polential and ba.sic computing abililies. However, due to the limited number of computing
facilitie% available, student%, ability to learn wa.8 reslricled. The teacher re8pon.%ible for computer
science is Rujira Narueman.
Agriculiural educaiion
The objective is to provide students with agricultural knowledge and understanding. which Clin be
applied in life. When 5tudent% gradudle. they can teach church members a wide range ot skills SULh ¢1
growing various vegetables. propagating plants, raising aniinals, li%hing. agricultural proce.%.%ing, elc.
The teacher.% respon%ible for dgricultural edu¢<ltion are Profe%.8or Witthayil Wanasathit and Professor
Wichit Theeradet.%ap.
Healih uctivities
The chre.stos Foundalion, in addition to promoting and supporting Students in iheir %tudies and
moralily and ethics. al%0 promote.% and 8uppon.8 their good he(Ilth. They eat a complete diel of the five
main food groups, and learn about health and hygiene. e.specially in the curreni situation where thcrc
are seasonal outbreaks of various infections. We have learned aboul ways to protect ourselves trom
viruses and Vdrious epidemics. We al.so encourdge students to plily .SPOrts and exercise for their own
personal good health.

Chresto% has an orphanage for boy.% which is known as The Home of Peace and Joy.

Chrestos has helped to support tuition fees of boys who go to study at V<irious educational institulions
uch as Mae Sariang Boriphat Suksa School, Thairath Wittaya 33 School, Ban Nam Dib School ￿1nd
L<irnpang Rajdbhat Univcrsity. Thi.5 provides boys with the opportunily lo study and acquire
knowledge <iccording to their own dbilities. After graduating, each boy will be able lo use his
knowledge and £ibilities in his tuture cho%cn C<ireer.

Boys at The Home of Peace and Joy are encouraged io exercise and plily SPOrt.%, including
participation in sports competitions on various occasions. This promote.s good health iind encourdges
sITong spirits.
Moral and ethical aJpecls (spiriluul)
Chre%tOs promotes and Supports boys at The Home of Peace and Joy by ensuring they have the
opportunity to worship God together with the Bible School sludent%. They study the word of God
through Sunday School Study, enabling them to learn the principles of God'% teachings according to
the Btble, and io live lite aLLording to the will of God.
Agricultural aetivilies
The growing of vegetables helps to trdin the boys who comL to live in the Home of Peiice and Joy. In
learning about farming, they learn how to e&irn a living and to provide nutrilious food for themselves.

Short drama performance aclivity
Students are encouragLd to express them%elves and u%e their acting abilitie.s to share the good news of
the gospel. and to film a shori film for students who are about to graduate in the 4th year. ThL leaLher

Chrestos supports a total of 16 Christian workers in the Mde Sariang District.

We provide support in variou.8 &ire(Is such <iS building conslruclion ¢osts, food costs. and sports and
health expenses.
Chre.%tos provides a.s.sistance to help the poor and victims of various di.sasters on a case-by-c(Ise basis.
When letters requesting help (tre received, each sitU¢ltion is C￿efUllY assessed and responded to
according to our ability.
Other activilies
Alumni Club
There are students who come to study at The Chrestos Foundation every year. and there are 18
graduated clii%ses of students. Thi% Ineans thdt there are now (i .signific<int number of graduatcd
sludents. The Aluinni Club ha.8 been set up with the objectives of continuing Ihe Foundation,
operations, to participate in promotion and future development of the Foundation. and to build
mutually supportive relationship5 Within the Alumni Club.

During school break (Mid-march May). students who come to study at The Chre%to% Foundation
travel back to their home vill(Iges. The Foundation organises visits to the homes of currenl students to
see the living condition.s of their fdmilies. ￿ well ds to g(iin a better understanding of the living
conditions (Ind family background8 of students. At the %<iTTlC time, the Foundation arranges to vi.sit
various alumni living in the S<ime areds. to cncuurage them and io sUPPOrt thLm in Iheir ministry.

In 2024 we completed ihe construction of a staff ￿Commodation building, compri%ing a two-storey
house wilh five units.

In deciding what ilctivilies Chrestos Mission should undertake during the year, the Trustec% h<ive paid

objects for which the ch<irity W(15 formed as stilled above. and ihe activities during the year a
de4cribed above, are for ihe public benefit.
Chrestos Mission leaches and seeks to put into practice the example dnd teachings of Je.%u% Christ (IS
sel out in the Bible. Our conviciion 1.% that when people take Je%us Christ dnd ihe Bible scriou%ly, il
prompts them to deliver public benefit. The BiblL urges people lo be good ciliLen%, fully engdged in
civil %ociety. working for the good of fellow citizens cverywhere of whalever riice or creed.

Act 2006 ('the 2006 Act,).
Having sati%fied myself thal the accounts of the charity are not required to be audited under Part 16 of
the 2006 Act and are eligible for independent examination. I report in respect of my examination of
your charity's accounts as carried out under section 14.5 of ihe Charitie% Act 2011 ('the 2011 Act.). In
carrying out my examination I have followed the Directions given by the Charily Commission under
section 14.5(_5)(b) of the 201 l Act.

a) Basis of accounting
The accounts have been prepared in accordiince with ihe Companies Act 2006 and the Stcltement of
Recommended Practice 'Accounling and Reporting by Charitie%' (FRS 102) effective l January 2019.
Where necess<lry the headings laid down in the Act have been adapted to meet the special activities of
the charity.
b) Income
Gifts and legacies (ire accounted for when received by Chrestos Mission. Tax recoverable on gift aid
income is accounted for when the gift aid income is received as far as it is prudent to do So. Revenue
gr&int% are crediled to the income and expenditure account as received, unle.s% related to a Specific
period, when they are placed in a reslricled fund until u%ed.
c) GifLs in kind
Chrestos Mission receives ihe benefit of work Ldrried out by volunteers and receive% the use of
facilities <ind equipmcnl without ch<irge. No value 1.8 pldced on these item.s in the dccounls.
d) Expenditure
Expenditure is recognised on dn accruals basis. Expenditure i% therefore treated a8 incurred on the date
it is invoiced, or the liability cryst(Illises.
e) Foreign currencies
Almo.8t all of ihe expenditure of Chresto.s Mission is incurred in Thailand. The Th<li income and
expenditure for the year has been translated inlo %lerling pounds by converting at a rale of Baht 44.50
£1 (2023.. Baht 43._53 _ £1 }, being the aver<ige rate th<lt applied to trdnsfers ol Chre%tos Mission
funds from the United Kingdom to Thiiiland during the ye(Ir. Fixed as%ets in Thailand are st(Ited in thL
