**Objects:** 4 The charity’s objects (“Objects”) are specifically restricted to relieving distress among Ex-Service men and women of the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Army, Royal Air Force and Merchant Service and their widow,  widower.  civil partner, parent, child, brother, sister, grandparent or grandchild who, at the time of application for assistance, are unemployed, homeless or for some reasonable cause in need.
