NO DISTINCTION SHALL IN THIS RESPECT BE MADE BETWEEN CAPITAL AND INCOME AND NO PART OF THE TRUST SHALL BE TREATED AS AN ENDOWMENT.3. IF THE SCOUTING MOVEMENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT SHALL CEASE TO EXIST THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO BE APPLIED FOR THE GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE SCOUT ASSOCIATION.
