the Langton Green Primary Schwl, of which
£60.000 represented payment for the new
Wellness Centre that the school has
installed land for which it is matching our
donation). The space inclijdes two therapy
rooms, a large meèting room, three individual
workde5k5, and a comfy corner. The therapy
rooms will support sessions such as Plav
Therapy, ELSA, and visiting specialists le.g.
Speech and Language). The meeting n)om will
be used for internal. govemor. and wellbeing
group meetings, while the desks and comfy
comer will provide quiet planning space for
staff.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charty {"the Trust") for the year ended 3110812025.
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charity's tnLstees. you are reSp￿sIL￿e for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance wtth the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
(Ihe Acr).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trusys accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Dire¢lions grven by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confimi that no material matters have
examinerfs statement come to my attenb.on in connection with the examination (other than that
disclosed below ") which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect:
the accounting records were not kept in accordance wtth section 130
of the Charities Act," or
