Recruitment and a ointment of Trustees The Trustees form the Executive Committee of the Charity, 3 Officers and 8 Ordinary Members. The members of the Executive Committee are eletted at the Annual General Meeting and serve for a two-year term until the next AGM at which they can be re-elected. A Quorum for a Committee meeting shall comprise of 2 Officers and 3 Ordinary Members. Any person who retires as a Charity Trustee is eligible for reappointment.

The induction includes a discussion about the role and responsibilities of Trustees, the activities, aims and objectives of the Charity, the structure of the organisation, Executive Committee and general procedures of the organisation anisational Structure: The Executive Committee manages the Charity and aims to consider only strategic decisions at its meetings. Trustees are aware that any conflict of interest is declared and minuted. The Executive Committee holds an Annual General Meeting, then a meeting every month after that. Risk Mana ement: The major risks, to which the Charity is exposed, as identified by the Trustees, have been reviewed and systems have been established to mitigate those risks. All systems and procedures are reviewed regularly to ensure Charity law are met. Objectives and Attivities To educate the public in the dramatic and musical arts and to further the development of public appreciation and taste in the said arts, within the North Lincolnshire area. Main ob ectives for 2023-2024: To put on a winter and summer show each year. This year the shows will be Mistletoe and Musical and Calendar Girls. Achievements and Performance Review of Activities 2023-24 The Wilton Productions Management Committee is satisfied that in 2023-24: Its work reflected it's aims Its resources were well managed Two shows were put on during this financial year, December 2023, Mistletoe and Musical May 2024, Legally Blonde Both shows were well received.

WILTON PRODUCTIONS Charity Number 1095110 Trustees Annual Report For the year ending 31 October 2024 Statement of disclosure of information to Independent Examiner We, the Trustees of the Charity who held office at the date of approval of these financial statements, each confirm so far as we are aware, that: there is no relevant information of which the Charity's Independent Examiner is unaware. and we have taken all the steps that we ought to have taken as Trustees in order to make ourselves aware of any relevant information and to establish that the Charity's Independent Examiners are aware of that information. Statement of Trustees responsibilities The Trustees are responsible for preparing a Trustees, Annual Report and Financial Statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards, Wilton Productions has income below £250,000 and has therefore elected to prepare the financial ststements on a Receipts and Payments basis in line with the Charities Act 2011. The Trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records that disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the Charity. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the Charity and hence taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities. WILTON PRODUCTIONS Charity Number 1095110 Independent Examiner's Report to the Members of Wilton Productions I report on the accounts of Wilton Produrtions for the year ended 31 October 2024, which are set out on pages 9 to 12. Respective responsibilities of Trustees and Examiner The Charity's Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The Charity's Trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charities Act) and that an Independent Examination is needed. It is my responsibility to: examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities Act, follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 145(5)(b) of the Charities Act, and state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basis of Independent Examiner's report My examination was carried out in accordance with general Directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the Charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disc105ures in the accounts and seeking explanations from the Trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair, view, and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below. Independent Examiner's statement In connection with my examination, no material matters have come to my attention which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Att or the accounts do not accord with the accounting records In connection with my examination, one matter has come to my attention to following.. During this financial year, the charity was running one Trustee below the minimum number required stated in their constitution. As of 25th July 2025, this wa5 rectified. WILTON PRODUCTIONS Charity Number 1095110 Notes to the Accounts For the year ended 31 June 2024 Restricted Funds No restricted funding received during the year. Taxation Wilton Productions is a registered Charity. All the Charity's income is applied to its charitable objectives, and the association is therefore exempt under current legislation from most forms of taxation. The Charity is not VAT registered, and all expenditure includes irrecoverable VAT. Trustee Remuneration There was no reimbursement of travel expenses during the year. Related Party Transactions During the financial period the Charity had no related party transactions with its Trustees. Going Concern This provides the benefit of the organisation having a distinct legal identity and provides Limited Liability for the Trustees. The charity generates the majority of its income from ticket sales, and therefore the trustees consider the charity to be a going concern. 12
