The financial statements have been ppared in accordance with the Recommended Practite [SORP 2005) and applicable law. OUR AIMS AND OBJEcfivES The objectives ofthe Charity as set out in the Trust Deed are: a). Advancement ofthe Christian Faith in accordance with the statement ofbejief appearing in the schedule hereto in London and such other parts of the United kingdom or the world as the irustees may from time to time think fit and to fulfil such other purposes which are exclusively charitable according to the law of England and Wales and are connecied with the charitable work of the trust. b). To relieve per5on5 who are in condbtion5 of need or hardship or who are aged and sick and to relieve the distress caused thereby in the said location and in such other parts ofthe United Kingdom or the world as the trustees may from time to time think fit.
REVIEWING THE CHARITY'S STRATEGIES At the end of each year. the charity carries out a review into its activities. This review considers how, and ifthe charity's aims. objettives and artivities for the year have been realised. The review explores the results of the charity's activities in the preceding 12 month period and the benefit they brought to our target ser of people. In carrying out this review. rhe charity has referred to the guidance prov&ded by the Charity Commission's general guidelines on public benefits and how ir impacLS on the charity's aims and objectives, and also in charting the charity's future strategies and activities. Of particular inierest to the Trustees, is how its planned artivities will help in achieving the aims and objectives ofthe Charity. THE FOCUS OF OUR MINISTRY'S ACTIVITIES The main objectives for the year continued to be the advancement ofthe Christian religion and the relief of poverty and sicknes& The stegIeS we used to achieve these ubjectives included- l.) Radlo 101.IFM Broadasts The church program is broadcast on radio across England ill order to help Spad the gospel to a largeraudience.The weekly broadcasts preaches the gospel of Jesus Christ to people who are not able to physically attend the church aciivities at its premises. Some listerners to this radio program have visited the church to testify to the positive impact of the program in their life Z.) Holloway and Brixton Prlsons The Apostle and church evangelical team vi5lt the PTi50ll5 regularly to minister to inmates of the prisons and offer counselling servites. This ha5 improved the life of a lot of inmates especially young adulL 3.) Imrni8rntlon detentlon centres The church's ministerial team visir immigration detention centrès withSn London and its environs in order to preach the g05pel to detainee5 and offer counselling services. 4.] Hospitals The church sends out a pastornl team to visit sick patients in hospitals to give them hope. strengthen them, increase their (aith and a55urance of healing by the bl¢)od of Jesus ChrisL Prayer sessions were held particularly those who are approaching the end of their life due to terniinal illnesse& S.) Community Centres The church has a team of community assistants who provide food and catering services in a volunteering capacity to homeless SheIrS and the poor and needy mefflbers of society.
MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES The principal actlvlfies ofthe Charity worship and the involvement ofyarious mini5trie5 and ministers of religion. propagating Christian tenets to both members and non-members of the ministry at 4orious meetings. To achieve these objectives, the trustee5 appointed the Board of Ministers. The ministry is involved in Christian Outreach Programmes designed to increase Christian awareness and spread thegospel o(our Lonl jesus Christ. The trustees who served during the year were; Apostle Rev Emmanuel Duru-Rajis Rev Mrs Elizabeth Duru-Rajis Evangelist Mercy Ofor Pastor john Walkman The Chariry's Trustees are appointed by the Board ofTrustee TRUSTEES, RESPONSIBILITIES Charity Law requires the trustees to prepare financial sratements for each financial year which gives a true and fairview ofthe state ofaffairs of the charity at the year end and of its incoming resources and resources expended for that year. In Preparing those financ&al statements the trustees are qUired to. •select suitable accounting policies and applythem consistently. •make judgement and estimates that are aSOnable and prudenL •prepare the financial Statements on the going concern basis unless it is appropriate to presume that the charity will not continue in operation. The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disdose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the company and to enable them to ertsure that the financial ststements compty with the Charities Aci 1993. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the company and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularitie5. Sertion C IFinan¢ial Review] The charity has 2 Bank accounts with Barclays Bank Cash Donations received are deposited to the Bank account on a timely basis. Charity is entirely financed by donation5 and fundraising.

Respectlve responsibilities of trustees and examlner As the charity trustees ofthe charity.you are responsible forthe preparation of accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 Cthe Act?. It is my responsibility to: examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act.. follow the procedures laid down in the applicable directions given by the Charity Commission undersection 145[5)(b) of the 2011 Act. and state whether any particular matters have come to my atrention Basis of independent examiner's report My examination was carrsed out in accordance with the general directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison ofthe accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedu5 undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and consequently no opinion is given as to whether ihe accounts ptT5ent a'true and fair vlew, and the report is limited to those matters set our in the sratement below. Independent examiner's statement The trustees have prepared receipts and payments accounrs showing donations received in the period of £111.311. Receipts and invoices along with explanations were given to support the trdnsactions. The tnteeS have put in place proper controls to record all the payments and incomings a timely basis with nanztions. In conneaion with my examination. no material matter has come to my attentiorn other than that referred to in the above paragraph, which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material rEspect. accounting tvords were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Acr.
