Trustee’s Annual Report 30[th] April 2022

Objectves

Our objectives for the year are to maintain the upkeep of the building to ensure the use of this asset for the local community both now and in the future.

In order to meet out main objective we aim to raise the necessary funds in the following ways:

Compliance

We are also fundraising to enable us to improve the facilities of the Charnock Richard Community Trust by adding disabled toilet facilities. This is a keen priority to enable the building to be accessible to a wider audience.

We as a group rely on income raised by our volunteers and charitable work from the local community and the hiring out of our facilities. This year in particular we are extremely grateful for the donation we received in memory of one of our long standing villagers, who was a regular attendee at our coffee mornings and other events we hold.
