**Objects:** FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS OF THE FRANCOPHONE COMMUNITY AND REFUGEES BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH ADVICE AND INFORMATION IN MATTERS SUCH AS HOUSING, WELFARE RIGHTS, HEALTH, EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT.FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND IN PARTICULAR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FRANCOPHONE COMMUNITY AND REFUGEES BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION  OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION, RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE PERSONS FOR WHOM THE FACILITIES ARE PROVIDED.
