Members of Gra¢0 Fountain Church and their families came together as Baby Jadyn Ekemini Emmanuel wa8 dedicated
to the Lord. The Emmanuel family and all members came together to celebrate, and after service a Buffet was provlded
for all attendees. Open to all.
2.2. 4th February 2024
Pastor Clay Luamba, from Manche8t8r Bethel Church was our Guest Speak8r for the day. He pr8ached on the Subject
°Be Strong and Courageous.. Open to members and th6 community.
2.3. 5th to 18th February 2024
The Church held 2 weeks lo Fast and Prayer for the Nallon. Community and Members and their families, lifting all needs
to Ihe Lord.

A Thanksgiving Service to God. Outreach for friends, family and the community. A slt-down dinner for all attendees
wa8 provided after the 8etvlce, and a wonderful tim8 of fellowship was had by all.

Th8 Women of Grace Fountsin Church h8ld a speclal evening of ￿lebratIOns, ¥there a 8il-down dinner was provided
and dancing and fellowship after dinner. Gifts were provided vla secret gifting for all the ladies present. Outreach to

Children's Christmas Party. A wonderful day of party games and food and fellowship for all the children of Gra
Fountain Church and famlly members, children. Each child received a Christmas present and party bag.

3. The Women's Ministry- Women of Substance
The Women's Ministry h61d monthly meetings every third Saturday throughout the year. With Pralse and WDf8hip, The
W(Kd, and Prayer. Open to the communily and members.
4. The Pearls- Young Women's Ministy
The young Women's ministry held weekly zoom meetings throughout the year Govering a varied range of Subjects to
help and aid the growth of their relationship In Christ.

Teaching SeNic8s were held weekly throughout th& year on Thursday ev8ning8.
6. Monthly Prayer Meetings. with Worshlp. including Fasting and Prayer for 2 days each month, were carried out at the
end of each month.
7. Weekly Wednesday Prayer Meetings were held throughout the year, lifting tha needs of the members and the
community and the Nation In prayer and prayer for specific needs.
Flnancial Performanc&
During the year the charity received incorne amounting to £119,954 12023 £102.842). Total expenditur& for the year
was £97,778 (2023 £97,263). Thus giving a profil forthe year of£22,176 (2023 profft £5,579).
At 31 December 2024 net book value of property, plant and equipment comprising church buildlng, office and church
equipment was £84.481 (2023 £88,874). Current assets compiising cash balances at bank and in hand and debtors
balances lotalled £115,811 (2023. £93.195). Liabilitl8s of the charity at year end amounted lo £1,658 {2023 £5,611).
Thus total funds of the charity represented by lotal assets less liabililies was £198,634 (2023 £176,458).
Giving to Misslons
Total giving to Mi88ions during the financial year ending 31st December 2024 amounted to £2,635 {2023 £6,233)
representing 2.2 /0 (2023: 6.1%) of total income for the year.

Structure, governance and management
Governing document
Thè charlty is controlled by tts governlng documenl, a deed of trust. and constitutes a limlted company, limited by
guarantee, as defined by the Companies Act 2006.
Grace Fountain Church Llmited is a charitable company limited by guarantee, Incorporated on 14 May, 2002 as
Greenough Christian Fellowship and registered as a charlty on 22 November, 2002. The name Changed to Grace
Fountain Church Limited on 20th November 2014. The ¢ompany was eslabli8hed under a Memorandum of Association
which established the objècts and powers of Ihe Gharitable company and is governed under its Articles of Association. In
tha event ofthe Company being wound up members are required to contributè an amount of £1.
Appolnlment of Trustees
As set out in the Artides of A8sociation new trustees are elected by members of the tharitabl8 company providing they
qualify in accordance with any ciit8ria or policy for admlsslon of members made by the trustees.
The trusteès when complet8 consist of at least 3 and not more than 7 individuals.

The financial statements of the charitable company, which is a public benefit entity under FRS 102, have been
prepared In accordan￿ with the Charllles SORP (FRS 102) 'Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement
of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing th8ir accounts in accordance with the Flnancial
Reporting Standard applicable in the UK 8nd Republic of Ireland IFRS 102) (effeclive 1 January 2019),, Financial
Reporting Standard 102 'The Financlal Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland, and the
Compani&s Ad 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

All income is recognised in th8 Statement of Financial Activities On￿ the charity has entitlement to the fund8. It
is probabl& that the income will be re¢eived and the amount Can be measured reliably.
