and Kirstie Hutcliinson was successful iakin¥ on the role of Chief Operatin8 Onicer from Ociober 2023. Kitstie
Hlttcbinson was an internal candidate who has worked for the Trust since 2017 in the capacity of Office and Finance
Manager. Peter Nailoo fijlly retires OD 30th Juu¢ 2024 with Kirslie Hulcbinson toking over os Chief Executive OtTiceT.

biodiversity for Ihc benefit of nattlre and local commw)ilies.
This work is being d¢livered over four phases, and we're currently in phase ttvo of the projeel. This phase, Ivhich
commetL¢ed in September 2023 aud will run until March 2025. will support Ihe developmellt of our proposaLs for
calclunent activity, while biiilding rcgioiial capacity alld capabilili¢s for deliverin8 these exciting projects in the North
East. To a¢hi¢v¢ this, we will coordinate and lead on calchmellt activities over 50 ivaledjodies including the Till &
