Save The Orphans Please - International Trustees, Report For the year ended 31 October 2025 The trustees of Save The Orphans Please - Intemational present their report for the year ended 31 st October 2025, together with the financial accounts of the charity. The accounts and categories used are in line with the revised SORP (Statement of Recommended Practice revised 2015) and the summary is shown in the Statement of Receipts and Payments. Costs have been allocated directly where appropriate and duly apportioned where they cover more than one category; the notes to the accounts provide more details. This Trustees, Report is not only to fulfil the legal and statutory requirements, but it is intended to explain the activities and future plans of this charity. Structure, governance and management of Save The Orphans Please - International The members of the charity are its Trustees, who are appointed by the Trustee body in accordance with the constitution, and who are responsible for the management of the charity. Objectives, Activities and Public Benefit The principal objectives of the charity are a) to provide relief of povety, sickness and distress of orphans resulting from the effects of war, famine and other natural or man-made disasters world-wide, and b) the education of orphans up to 21 years of age. In order to achieve these objectives, the Trustees are a) arranging and supervising the erection of facilities for the accommodation and education of orphans in India, b) responding to the needs of orphans in other parts of the world and c) raising monthly child sponsorships and remitting them to orphanages in which the sponsored children are housed. Review of Activities During the period November 2024 to October 2025 a few projects were carried out. With the generous donations of kind donors, the Charity was able to support eighty-five children every month in three Homes that had the required FCRA certificate. In addition other sponsors made private contributions to purchase Christmas gifts for every child in the five orphanages - Way To Life, Redag. Association, Love Home, BESSO and Blessing - a total of 123 children. Each child had a special gift from the STOP Trustees for Christmas of 2024. In December 2024, Sunshine Orchard Leaming Centre dug the much needed bore well, which was sponsored by STOP Intemational two years before, and is providing much water. STOP International has been raising funds for the Blessing Girls, Dormitory. Up to the end of this financial year more that £15,000 has been sent towards the building costs. The building work has continued throughout the year and the main structure of the building has been completed. However, more funds are needed to finish the building. In April 2024, STOP Intemational sent £10,000 to build a residence for the Director of BESSO Home. Mr Sam Ganesh, and his family were able to occupy the residence in May 2025. They have expressed their gratitude to STOP International for their comfortable new home. In May 2025, the STOP trustees had decided to design a new website for the Charity to raise its profile and its capacity for fvndraising. Work has begun on this website and it is hoped that it will be fully functional in the new financial year. Page: 2

Save The Orphans Please - International Independent Examiner's Report For the year ended 31 October 2025 I report on the financial statements of the charity for the year to 31 October 2025, which are set out on pages 5 to 8. Respective responsibilities of trustees and auditor The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements and they consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the Act) and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to examine the financial statements under section 145 of the Act, to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act, and to state whether in my opinion particular matters have come to my attention. Basis of independent examinerfs report My examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of those records with the financial statements. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the financial statements, and seeking explanations from you as Trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the financial statements present a true and fair view of the financial position and activities of the charity, and the report is limited to those Independent examiner's statement In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention: The which gives me cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements to keep accounting records in accordance with section 130 if the Act, and to prepare financial ststements which accord with the accounting records and comply with the accounting requirements of the Act have not been met, or (2) to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn to enable a proper understanding of the financial statements to be reached. Expenditure which meets these criteria is allocated to the appropriate fund.
