**Objects:** THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECT ("THE OBJECT") IN UGANDA, AFRICA ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT"):TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR NEEDY AND ORPHANED CHILDREN AND THEIR CARERS IN UGANDA.

**Activities:** Civil war and the HIV/AIDS epidemic have left nearly 2 million ugandan orphans who need help with food, clothing and education. Our charity, with the help of regular donations from our sponsors, continues to support the education and care of  orphaned and vulnerable children and families in Uganda.
