The PTA had been building a surplus for the last two years, with the fireworks . The intention had event generating a significant amount for such a small school always been to build this surplus in order to make a significant purchase that could benefit all pupils at the school. The outside space was lacking in an equipment that would develop core skills, aid physical movement, encourage positive risk assessing and allow for greater enrichment when outside.
Funds are held in a dedicated PTA bank account, with dual signatories for all transactions.
