The Fund provides an additional source of income to its beneficiaries together with annual Christmas hampers to eligible individuals.
Objects: 1. The Fund Shall Be Applied Exclusively To Charitable Purposes In Affording Relief Or Assistance In Distress: (a) To Former Members Of The Birmingham Stock Exchange And To Employees Or Former Employees Of Midlands Based Securities Firms; (b) To Ex-Clerks Of Members Or Former Members; (c) To Ex-Officials And Ex-Clerks Of The Birmingham Stock Exchange; And To Their Widows And Children In Each Case. 2. The Fund Shall Be Used To Relieve Cases Of Necessity And For Educational Purposes.
