This report has been produced in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter (“the Engagement Letter”) and in accordance with the International Standard on Related Services 4400 “Engagements to Perform AgreedUpon Procedures Regarding Financial Information” as published by IAASB.
The procedures were performed solely for the purpose of assisting the Governing Board to fulfil its responsibilities.
Report of factual findings and exceptions
We have performed our work as set out in the Appendix to this report.
We report that no exceptions were identified.
We have not subjected the information contained in our report or the Appendix (including explanations and representations received and reported to you) to checking or verification procedures except to the extent expressly stated. This engagement does not constitute an audit or a review and, as such, no assurance is expressed. Had we performed additional procedures, an audit or a review, other matters might have come to light that would have been reported.
You were responsible for determining whether the agreed-upon procedures we performed were sufficient for your purposes. We cannot, and do not, make any representations regarding the sufficiency of these procedures for your purposes.

| Funds are raised through a variety of activities, including our annual Sponsored Walk and a general appeal to parents for voluntary contributions. During the year, additional fundraising initiatives were |

launched to support specific projects, including site improvements, a new astro carpet, a swimming pool cover and swimming pool floor improvements. The Trust also benefits from participation in the West Berkshire Lottery, which continues to provide a reliable and consistent income stream. Other successful fundraising activities held throughout the year have included the Colour Run, Bags2School collections, a Christmas pottery painting event, refreshments sales at school events and performances, and quiz nights. Where eligible, Gift Aid is reclaimed from HM Revenue & Customs to declaration that trustees have maximise the value of donations received. had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity During the year, funds were used to deliver significant improvements to the Commission on public swimming pool facilities at The Downs School and to enhance PE curriculum benefit) provision through investment in facilities such as the astro carpet. The Trust is also retaining a proportion of funds to support a larger programme of estate improvement works planned for Summer 2027, informed by comprehensive estate strategies that are currently being developed.
The Trust's charitable status enables it to apply for funding from a range of grant-making organisations when specific projects are identified. During the year, one grant application was submitted to Sport England to support the swimming pool improvement project outlined above.
