the kitchen whlch had become a little tlred and thls was completed In thls flnanclal year.

The charlty's trustees (who are also dlrectors of the company for the purposes of company lawl are
responsible for the preparation of the accounts, The trustees conslder that an audlt Is not required for
thls year under section 144(21 of the Charitles Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent
examination is needed,

The accounts havp been prepared In accordance with the historical cost conventlon and
with the Flnanclal Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 20081. The
accounts have also been prepared on an Accruals ha_sls in accordance with thg. StAtpmp.nt
of Recommended Practlce Issued In 2005 ISORP 20051 and the speclal provision5 of the
Companies Act 2006 applicable to companies subject to the small companies, regime.

These are included in the Statement of Flnanclal Attlvltles ISOFAI when the tharlty
becomes entitled to the resources, the trustees are vlrtually certaln that the resources will
be received and the monetaryvalue can be measured wlth sufflclent rellabllity.

The property was purchased from The Chester Diocesan Board of Education In 2006 and
IS Subject to a covenant requirin8 It to be used for educational purposes. The Dloce5an
Board has a first legal charge over the property to secure a 35 year claw-back clause.
Under this clause, 50% of any Increase In value of the property arising due to a change
In Implementatlon plannlng use Is payable to the Board.
