HELP AND EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL CAPACITIES AND INTER-PERSONAL SKILLS TO HELP THEM GROW TOWARDS FULL MATURITY AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY IN ORDER THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY IMPROVE.

Also to develop their physical and mental capacities and inter-personal skills through their leisure activities, enabling them to mature as individuals and members of society thereby improving their conditions of life.
