2024, which consist of an Income and Expenditure statement and Balance Sheet. The

Scope of thls a38uranc8 revlew
The revlew we have undertaken is in accordance with ISRE 2400 (Revised) and Is
confined to the matters set out in the eng8gement letter drafted by the directors of
Horizon Sports Club. The review consisted of making enquirie8 Ot man8gement and
staff, testing procedures and evaluating the evidence collected. The testing procedur88
undertaken were not ot the same level as those adopted or conducted in a full audit.
Therefore, we do not express an audit opinion on these financial statements.
Conclusion
1. In ouropinion the financial statements:
give a true and fair view of the state of the company's affairs as at 31" August
2024 for the year then ended;
have been properly prepared in accordance with United Kingdom Generally
Accepted Accounting Practice; and
h8ve been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Companie8 Act
2006.
