Objects: In Particular But Not Exclusively Within The Thames Valley Region (Buckinghamshire, Berkshire And Oxfordshire) And South East Of England (“The Area Of Benefit”): 1) For The Public Benefit The Promotion Of Conflict Resolution And Reconciliation By Providing Services For The Resolution Of Conflict Between Persons, Families, Organisations, Authorities Or Groups Involved In, Or Likely To Become Involved In, Disputes And Interpersonal Conflict Principally By Way Of Mediation, Conciliation, Conflict Coaching And Conflict Management. (2) The Advancement Of Education Of The Public In The Causes And Effects Of Disputes And The Skills Of Conflict Management And Resolution Through The Development Of Community Initiatives And Training In Mediation Skills And Other Conflict Resolution And Communication Skills And Restorative Practices And By Such Other Means As The Board Of Trustees May From Time To Time Decide For The Purposes Of Peaceful Resolution In The Interests Of Building And Maintaining Resiliant Communities.
