**Objects:** 1.  THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PLAYING GOLF.2.  SUCH OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE COMMITTEE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THE GRANTING OF DONATIONS TO OTHER CHARITABLE BODIES.

**Activities:** The main object of the charity is the promotion of community participation in healthy recreation by the provision of facilities for playing golf. The club maintains and conserves a nine hole golf course in the listed historic park surrounding Gilling Castle. Membership is open to all and members of the local community are encouraged to  use the course for a modest green fee.
