**Objects:** THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE PROVISION IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR YOUNG PEOPLE FROM THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE AWARD OF GRANTS OR BURSARIES IN ORDER THAT THEIR SPIRITUAL, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES TOGETHER WITH THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.

**Activities:** Provide awards of up to 6 young people up to the maximum age of 25 every year individually or within groupsfrom the City of Plymouth in order to enable them to purchase equipment and/or for use in character building courses.Provide awards to schools' organisations and charities in order to help them with their projects in providing suitable facilities to support young people in Plymouth.
