The level of income for the y¢ar b¢en sufficient to enable the TnLSt to support the expenditure to satisfy an
appropriate level of charitable objectives. Th¢ remaining unrestricted fimds available to the Trust are suificient to
perniit it to continue in 0perntiO￿ at current lev¢Js of income and expenditure. for the fores¢¢able fifft￿e. All fimds
held are unrestricted.
Th¢ clwity's donation incom¢ has increa5¢d this year from £557 J57 to £770260 and the investtnent income has
incr¢ased from £3.510 to £13.647. The increas¢ in investment income is due to othcr int¢re$t received.
Th¢ ¢I￿rIty had n¢t income for the year of £5,813 (2023: £87.015).
Th¢ charity has total unrestricted fund8 of £932.751 (2023: £926,938).

Plans for Future Perlods
As a Charity all the trustees and th¢ MMnag¢m¢nt Team are Committed to a programm¢ of continuous change,
development and progr¢ssion. Over many y¢ars we had instituted many new programmes and introduced som¢ great
changes in all our activiti¢S. We b¢li¢ve in CODtinUOUS improveInent and our d¢dicat¢d management team has led on
many of these inspiring changes.

lrnprove educational attainment in all #reas of the school most importantly in the STEM subject$ (Science.
Technolo8>, English and Maths)
Impl¢ment and integrate ED81ish Language in all our subject areas and ensure that iifuK graduates are confident
th English in their fither sthdies #nd tak¢ proficient con)maLd of the language in th¢ world of work.
2. Better and Qllamty Illfrastructure
The TrLWt will be updating its buildings, landscape and vlsual impact of the campus¢$ at MTUK. The campuses will
offer a bighwlity feel to the campus and student experience.
3. Inwroved Skllls Programn￿5
The ITI Building will b¢ offering a ThTrde range of new wogrammes that will be linked to the growing inthistrial and
business trends in Bharnch ¢¢onomy. Dahej as s¢¢ond largest petrolchemical port in the world offers great scope and
opportimity for the residents of Bharuch to take on the n¢w and emerging skills. Thi5 will be our Livelihood Mission
to ensur¢ that MTUK offers the right skills and enters into placement relationship with this new emerging business
sector. Dahej offers a great opportUDity for our con)munity #nd students.
4. In¢reases ID Higher Edu¢Atlon Programme
Th¢ BEd and th¢ Artslcommerce programme will be supported vi& our accredit¢d Higher Education partners. We are
exploring new and additional funding and educational Programmes to ensure that hfflJK has a growing reputstion in
higher studi¢s.
S. Extra-Cllrri¢ular A¢tivldes
MTUK will be looking at developing additional space of sports. leisure and recreational spatt within its masterplan
on the ean)pus.
6. Greater Parental Engagement
A key to success at MTUK 18 to ensure that the parents are totally engagd with the programme of educatt.on that we
manage at MfuK, We will introduce new measures as part of our Action Plan for success to ¢nsure that the parents
are fully engaged in the educational welfare of all our students.

Management Team.

Haroon Rashid Yakub Patel and Mr Salim Ibrahim Patel were also trustees in the Munshi ManubanTrala
Charitabl¢ T￿$t.
DuTing the year the charity made no donations to Olive Educational Trust (2023: £34,000). Th¢ truste¢s of the
charity Mr Diiav¢r Valli, Imr Haroon Rashid Yakub Patel, Mr Ebrahim Ba558 ond Mr Salim Ibrahim Patel were
also trustees/dire¢tors in Olive Educational Trust.
