**Objects:** The Charity's objects ("the objects") are to provide support to people suffering from Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome(ME/CFS)  and allied conditions, and to their carers, who live in, or have a connection to south east London and neighbouring areas; and to offer activities conducive to the management and alleviation of their symptoms.

**Activities:** Run by user-volunteers, mainly ME/CFS sufferers, this charity aims to provide information, support and assistance to help fellow members understand, manage and recover from ME. We offer:- monthly meetings, quarterly newsletter, lending library, social events, therapeutic activities, informal support networks.
