**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE ORGANISATION ("THE OBJECTS")  SHALL BE:THE RELIEF OF NEED OF THOSE LIVING IN WOOD STREET VILLAGE, PERRY HILL, FAIRLANDS AND THE SURROUNDING AREA THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE AND SERVICES TO THOSE IN NEED OF THEM, BY HELPING IN THE HOME, THE PROVISION OF TRANSPORT, HOME VISITS AND OTHER SIMILAR ACTIVITIES.

**Activities:** The charity provides transport to and from hospitals,surgeries,and various other sites for the elderly or infirm of any age.Services such as shopping or collecting prescriptions are also carried out. Befriending  is available if necessary or appropriate.
