TO ENCOURAGE AND SUPPORT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT ALL ART FORMS, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE INVOLVING MUSIC, INCLUDING OTHER CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN ORDER TO MAKE THESE MORE ACCESSIBLE TO THE PUBLIC AT LARGE;3.
