The Principal Activity oflhe Company is to preserve for Ihe benefrt of North Ceredigion
and the nation, the historical, architectural heritage that may exist in and around North
Ceredigion in buildings{including any building as defined in Section 336 of the Town and
Country Planning Act 1990} of particular beauty or historrcal, architectural or construction
interest.

All work done by directors on behalf of the Plynlimon Heritage Trust is undertaken on a

The Trust completed the sale of its Maesnant propety to a private buyer in June 2025.
The directors met on 17 July 2025. The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss
how to dispose of the current baiance of funds, with a vtew to then winding up the charity.
At thts meeting it was agreed to:
Offer to repay a portion of the ￿ndIng recetved from the Cefn Croes Wind Farm
C¢)mmunty Trust Fund:
Approach potsntial beneficiaries of donations from the remaHiing fijnd balance.

STATEMENT OF DIRECTORS, FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
We are required, under Company Law. to prepare financial statements for each financial
year which give a true and fail view of the state of the affairs of the Trust. and of the
surplus or deficit of income over expenditLtre for that period.
In preparing those ststefnents we are required to:
select suitable accounting Polic￿$. and apply them consistenlly..
state whether applicable accounting standards have been followed, subject to any
material departures disclosed and explained in the financial statements, and:
prepare financial statement5 on an ongoing COn￿M basis, unless it is
inappropriate to presume that the Trust will conlinue to operate.
