Review of Financial Position
Please refer to the annexed accounts for the details of the financial statement for the year
ended 31 October 2020.
RESERVES POLICY
The trustees would like to work towards a situation whereby the charity could maintain
unrestricted funds at a level whlch equates approximately three months of unrestricted
expenditure.
Trustees Responsibilities in Relation to the Financial Statements
The charities Act requires the Trustee's to prepare financial statements for each financial year
which gives a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charity and the surplus of deficit of
the charlty for the period. In preparing these financial statement5, the trustees are requiring to:

bl Make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent.
cl State whether applicable accountin8 Standards and statement5 of recommended
practice have been followed, subject to any departure disclosed and explained in the
financial statements.
dl Prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to
pressure that the charity will continue in operation.
The trustees are responsible for keeping proper account records, which disclose with
reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and to enable them to
ensure that the financial statements comply with the charity Act. They are also responsible for
safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for the taking reasonable Steps for the
preventlon and detectlon of fraud and other irre8ularitie5.
GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
The charity is managed by six trustees and several volunteers who assist in the work of the
organisation.

INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF SASA UK
I report on the accounts of Elevate (the charity) for the year ended 31 Ottober 2020, which are
set out on pages 6 to 7.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the trustees of the charity. you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 20111.the Act'l.
I report in respect of my examination of the charltvs accounts carried out under section 145 of
the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the Directions applicable to
receipts and payments accounts given by the Charity Commlsslon under section 14515llbl of
the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my
attention in connection with the examination 8ivin8 me cause to believe that in any materlal
respect:
Accounting records were not kept in respect of the charity as required by section 130 of
the Act.
The accounts do not accord with those records.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination
to which attention should be drawn in this report In order to enable a proper understandlng of
the accounts to be reached.
