**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF ELDERLY PEOPLE IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW IS OR HEREAFTER DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE IN AND AROUND THE NORTH EAST OF ENGLAND (HEREINAFTER CALLED 'THE AREA OF BENEFIT')

**Activities:** We endeavour to alleviate poverty and deprivation within older communities and change negative attitudes of older people. We work in partnership with similar organisations to improve government and local authority policy, including Health Care, Housing, Social Deprivation and Personal Financial issues. Our elderly volunteers give their time and energy and do all the work. We have no employees.
