**Activities:** Mainstay works with vulnerable adults who have mental health issues. Mainstay works to raise awareness about mental health issues and provides community hub social support and advice, mentoring, short courses, skills for work, counselling services to enable service users to engage with their community. Mainstay works with people to build stronger communities.
