**Objects:** THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND, IN PARTICULAR, THE EDUCATION OF OLDER PEOPLE AND THOSE WHO ARE RETIRED FROM FULL TIME WORK, BY ALL MEANS INCLUDING ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES CONDUCIVE TO LEARNING AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.

**Activities:** The provision of a range of  intellectual, physical and social activities in the form of lectures, talks visits and field excursions.  The basis of the educational content comes from the membership and reflects their interest, expertese and interests.  Much of the teaching is done inhouse.
