**Objects:** (I) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN ISSUES OF ROAD SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY FORMS OF TRANSPORT WITH THE OBJECT OF REDUCING DEATH AND INJURY ON THE ROADS AND REDUCING  DAMAGING POLLUTION PARTICULARLY BY - (A) PROMOTING SAFE AND ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY PRACTICES IN RELATION TO PUBLIC ROAD USE;(B) CONDUCTING RESEARCH INTO WAYS TO MAKE THE ROADS SAFER AND TO ENABLE ENVIRONMENTALLY SUSTAINABLE TRANSPORT CHOICES AND DISSEMINATING SUCH RESEARCH(II) HELP PEOPLE BEREAVED OR PHYSICALLY INJURED BY A SUDDEN EVENT THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT SERVICES, SO AS TO RELIEVE THEIR SUFFERING
