The Trust is constituted to maintain conserve and display to the public the following historical properties: Wortley Top Forge, Rockley Engine House, Rockley Furnace, Bower Spring Cementation Furnace, Hoylandswaine Nail Forge. (All South Yorkshire) There is also a collection of historical engines and other machinery at Wortley. Wortley has working waterwheels and has regular guided tours.
Objects: To Protect, Conserve And Manage Industrial Buildings, Monuments, Machinery And Other Artefacts Of Historical Or Architectural Importance For The Benefit Of The Public In General And Inhabitants Of South Yorkshire In Particular.
