Activities
The objects of the charity are to relieve persons in need because of illness, age, social isolation or being house-bound. We provide. (A) A car service to transport people to hospitals, doctors, dentist, etc. (B) We run a visitor service for the lonely or house bound. (C) We assist people to collect prescriptions or domestic supplies.
Objects: The objects of Helping Hands shall be to provide transport and related services to those in need in Upper Wharfedale and in the adjacent areas. These services shall include, but not be limited to:(a) Transporting those in need to and from hospitals and medical centres.(b) Transporting those in need to opticians, dentists, chiropodists and social events.(c) Collecting prescriptions and shopping.
